    Choosing the Right Print Method

    Screen Printing:
    Screen printing involves pushing ink through a fine mesh screen onto your product, creating a crisp, vibrant imprint for each color in your design. This tried-and-true method is best suited for simpler designs with fewer colors, and it really shines when printing larger quantities (around 75 or more). By spreading set-up costs over more pieces, you’ll enjoy better savings and long-lasting, high-quality prints.

     

    Heat Transfer:
    Heat transfer uses printed or cut-out designs that are pressed onto your garment using high heat and pressure. It’s perfect for full-color artwork, detailed graphics, and smaller production runs under 75 pieces. Because there’s no need to create separate screens for each color, you’ll have more flexibility in experimenting with your design—without committing to a large order.

     

    Embroidery:
    We offer embroidery to our clients on most garments.  Due to the nature of this design process, it is not currently availble in our online designer.  Please contact us or submit a quote to get pricing and design assistance.

     

    Custom Labels:
    Some of our unique products require fully custom labels.  Our labels are carefully tailored to each applicatoin so you get the highest quality product.
